3. Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing

• All estimates are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, surface size, accessibility, or additional work requested by the client.
• Invoices are due upon receipt, unless alternate payment terms are specified in writing.
• We reserve the right to revise or withdraw any estimate before acceptance by the customer.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, QuickBooks online payments, and other approved methods.
Payments are due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Failure to pay within the stated terms may result in late fees, suspension of future services, or collection actions.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee to cover lost time and scheduling costs.
• Weather delays: Pro Jet reserves the right to reschedule work in the event of unsafe or unsuitable conditions (e.g., heavy rain, freezing temperatures, lightning).

6. Property Access and Preparation

Clients must ensure that:

• All vehicles, furniture, and personal belongings are moved away from work areas.
• Water sources and electrical outlets are accessible.
• Pets and children are kept safely indoors or away from work areas.

Pro Jet is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, deteriorated materials, or defects revealed during cleaning or resurfacing.

7. Liability and Warranties

We take every precaution to protect your property, but:

• Pro Jet Pressure Washing is not liable for damage due to poor surface condition, faulty materials, existing cracks, oxidation, loose grout, mortar, or improperly sealed surfaces.
• Certain results (e.g., full stain removal, oxidation reversal, or algae prevention) cannot be guaranteed on every surface.
• Driveway resurfacing warranties (if applicable) are outlined in separate written agreements.

All services are performed in good faith and to professional standards.

8. Limitation of Liability
